SoftPlan Architectural Design Software is a CAD program developed specifically to automate the design and presentation of residential and light commercial construction projects. The idea behind SoftPlan is to build a model of your design inside the computer before you build it on the lot. This "Virtual Model" gives you complete working drawings, 3D renderings and a very accurate material list and cost estimate.
